摘要目的探讨肺炎性假瘤的特点及其外科处理。方法回顾分析16例肺炎性假瘤病例的特点，从而找出其与肺癌等的不同点及相同点，总结外科处理的经验。结果肺炎性假瘤80%以上无症状，x线和ct表现缺乏特异性，易与肺癌相混淆，肺亲肿瘤放射性核素显像检查对鉴别诊断有一定帮助。结论对于肺部不明性质的肿块宜手术切除，以防肺癌等的漏诊，手术可采用损伤小的胸腔镜微创手术。关键词肺炎性假瘤肺癌外科治疗
